OES is a business catering to servicing Australian and international Universities through the delivery of 100% online education programs. This includes the strategic design and delivery of best-in-class course curriculum, and highly optimised marketing and student application management. To deliver on this promise they needed to develop a marketing website platform and structure that could be leveraged to allow for ongoing efficiencies as they roll their solutions out to support other partners.
Sonar Group delivered a highly scalable responsive web platform for Swinburne Online which has then extended out to Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Online and Western Sydney University (WSU) Online. In each case, the University is able to manage 99% of the content modules and template management themselves through an intuitive and flexible CMS implementation. Sonar delivered the initial Swinburne Online website in 4 months.
Sonar continues to be engaged to execute the phased approach with additional functionality and UX changes based on user behaviour, and also roll out further University Partner sites together with OES Marketing.
Swinburne Online is a big business on it’s own, with the website playing a pivotal role and helping to convert significant student application revenue each year.
