Interface UI Designer

Duties

Experience

  • 5+ years of digital platform and interaction design experience
  • Understanding of User/Customer Experience principles and transactional design thinking
  • Strong experience using prototyping and design platform software including: Invsion, Sketch, and Zeplin
  • Expertise in design software applications
  • Empathy for integrating design with technical developers
  • Broader digital campaign and channel experience
  • Passion for designing with reason and working on ‘stuff that matters’
  • Solid presentation skills

Social Media Performance Consultant

You will manage the portfolio of social media performance clients, including hands-on development, execution and reporting of all social marketing campaigns to drive acquisition for our clients.

Duties

The Social Media Performance Consultant will manage the strategic Social Media needs for a portfolio of clients.  This includes managing the owned social platforms (mostly Facebook and Instagram) on behalf of our clients including ongoing content calendars, campaigns, and monthly insights and analytics. In this role you will be hands on and client facing.

The opportunity is that you are able to grow these existing clients and coupled with new business are able to grow a practice. The successful candidate will be strategic and analytical, and be passionate about getting results.  They will be a valued member of the team in being client-facing and able to integrate with a variety of stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the content calendars and campaigns for a portfolio of clients including creating the calendars, managing boosting, and offering insights and results
  • Facebook and Instagram campaign management including audience targeting and ongoing management and optimisation
  • Training clients on basics of Facebook and Instagram as well as more advanced clients and teams
  • Provide thought leadership on the direction of these platforms to ensure our clients are up-to-speed and able to leverage the platforms to help their businesses
  • Develop project estimates
  • Perform ongoing Social Community Management including managing the governance and triage around customer service and engagement on client platform
  • Interface with Account, Client and other Stakeholders to request and share information
  • Lead measurement thinking, including return on investment

Experience

  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of planning and executing qualitative marketing research methodologies and facilitation techniques
  • 2-3 years experience with Facebook and Instagram
  • Ideally exposure with listening tools including Lexer, Synthesio, Nuvi
  • Exposure and use of Google Analytics
