Sonar Group is looking for a Designer to join our Melbourne based team. This role will help lead the design capability for Sonar Group, whilst being supported by Sonar management and the wider Sonar team. The Designer would need to love designing new websites as well as work with the digital performance team to develop assets to be used in paid social campaigns (FB/Insta, Linkedin, TikTok). The right candidate will love to work collaboratively with a team of developers and digital performance consultants across a range of clients and industries. They will be capable of engaging with clients, understanding their business and key drivers and explaining how our work maps to it. At the end of the day we are seeking an excellent designer that is keen to be part of a growing consultancy, and make their mark as an integral part of our team, not just another ‘resource’ within a larger agency.
