Digital Producer

You are experienced digitally-led Project Manager, Producer, or Account Manager, and looking to further your career and help manage multiple, simultaneous client activity for medium-sized client organisations. You are keen to gain more experience on a range of technical and campaign based projects (data and insights programs, websites, social marketing campaigns) and help manage your client’s expectations, and report the project progress against agreed milestones. You are accountable, responsible, organised, detailed and a clear communicator. You are also a strategic and creative thinker, and relish solving clients’ problems. You are comfortable leading and managing a suite of clients, and helping work with the wider Sonar team to execute and implement end solutions that drive real results.

Duties

THE ROLE

  • Defining and scoping projects with the client and wider Sonar team
  • Suggesting creative solutions to the client’s problems
  • Being a key internal team contact and communicating to multiple stakeholders frequently
  • Manage and monitor projects through the studio
  • Scheduling work , managing production schedules, liaising with suppliers, and managing the studio through-put
  • Managing, sometimes technically challenging, work through to completion
  • Build day to day relationships with creative, media & other external partners
  • Preparing quotes and managing commercial documentation
  • Preparing project plans for client and internal team tasks
  • Attending frequent status meetings with the client
  • Getting your hands dirty in all shapes and sizes of digital and data led projects
  • WordPress CMS updates and client website support requirements

Experience

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Preferably 2+ years of digital marketing agency experience
  • Keenness to learn the ways of data-driven marketing and customer experience
  • Understanding of PM tools including Trello, MS Project, Jira, Confluence
  • WordPress CMS experience a plus
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong autonomy & problem solving skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

  • Develop the project plan for a small project running in the studio
  • Manage a number of smaller project streams – agendas for WIPs, following up actions, etc
  • Attending client and internal team WIPs
  • Supporting content management updates within a client website
  • Perform SEO-related tasks including 301 redirects, page optimisation – all with the instruction and guidance of an SEO Consultant
  • Maintain communications and updates with your team and clients to manage expectations and quality of work/outcomes

LOCATION

This role is a full time role to be based at the Sonar HQ in Melbourne, Australia.

User Interface (UI) Designer

You will help manage the portfolio of digital interaction and platform interface design for Sonar Group. This includes working collaboratively with our development and data teams to create and implement best-in-class design experiences for our clients, across devices, screens, and channels.

Duties

  • Manage and lead a portfolio of clients
  • Enhance and develop existing platform and digital campaign experiences
  • Aid sales efforts for new client acquisition through innovative design thinking
  • Designing across a range of digital channels including: web, mobile, email, and other interactive display experiences

Experience

  • 5+ years of digital platform and interaction design experience
  • Understanding of User/Customer Experience principles and transactional design thinking
  • Strong experience using prototyping and design platform software including: Invsion, Sketch, Figman, Zeplin etc.
  • Expertise in traditional design software applications including: PS, AI, and InDesign
  • Empathy for integrating design with technical developers
  • Highly skilled with responsive and adaptive design principles
  • Broader digital campaign and channel experience – understanding of marketing principles and customer needs
  • Passion for designing with reason and working on ‘stuff that matters’
  • Solid presentation and communications skills
  • Interest in joining a smaller, growing, and highly ambitions team
