Project Manager | Producer

You are experienced digitally-led Project Manager or Producer and looking to further your career and help manage multiple, simultaneous client activity for medium-sized client organisations. You are keen to gain more experience on a range of technical and campaign based projects (data and insights programs, websites, social marketing campaigns) and help manage your client’s expectations, and report the project progress against agreed milestones. You are accountable, responsible, organised, detailed and a clear communicator. You are also a strategic and creative thinker, and relish solving clients’ problems. You are comfortable leading and managing a suite of clients accountability, and helping work with the wider Sonar team to execute and implement end solutions.

Duties

  • Defining and scoping projects with the client and wider Sonar team
  • Suggesting creative solutions to the client’s problems
  • Being a key internal team contact (together with the Client Services Director) and communicating to multiple stakeholders frequently
  • Manage and monitor projects through the studio
  • Scheduling work , managing production schedules, liaising with suppliers, and managing the studio through-put
  • Managing, sometimes technically challenging, work through to completion
  • Build day to day relationships with creative, media & other external partners
  • Preparing quotes and managing commercial documentation
  • Preparing project plans for client and internal team tasks
  • Attending frequent status meetings with the client
  • Getting your hands dirty in all shapes and sizes of digital and data led projects

Experience

  • Preferably 5+ years of digital platform, analytics, and interaction design experience
  • Project Management software and processes mandatory
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keenness to learn detailed project delivery in a digital agency environment
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and autonomy

Interface Designer

You will manage and lead the portfolio of digital interaction and platform interface design for Sonar Group. This includes working collaboratively with our development and data teams to create and implement best-in-class design experiences for our clients, across devices, screens, and channels.

  • Manage and lead a portfolio of clients
  • Enhance and develop existing platform and digital campaign experiences
  • Aid sales efforts for new client acquisition through innovative design thinking

Experience

  • 5+ years of digital platform and interaction design experience
  • Understanding of User/Customer Experience principles and transactional design thinking
  • Strong experience using prototyping and design platform software including: Invsion, Sketch, and Zeplin
  • Expertise in design software applications
  • Empathy for integrating design with technical developers
  • Broader digital campaign and channel experience
  • Passion for designing with reason and working on ‘stuff that matters’
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Interest in joining a smaller, growing, and highly ambitions team
