Analytics Consultant

You are an experienced data analyst looking to further your career and help manage multiple, simultaneous client activity for medium-sized client organisations. You are keen to gain more experience on a range of technical and campaign based projects (data and insights programs, websites, social marketing campaigns) and help manage your client’s expectations, and report the project progress against agreed milestones. You are accountable, responsible, organised, detailed and a clear communicator. You are also a strategic and creative thinker, you love data, and relish solving clients’ problems. The successful candidate will not only be a ‘numbers detective’ and understand the nuances of different tools in generating meaningful reporting, but also be a valued member of the team in being client-facing and able to integrate with a variety of stakeholders.

Duties

  • Perform analysis on quantitative data, supports and organizes qualitative research
  • Develops documentation relating to tagging specifications and implements tags where necessary
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on analysis
  • Deliver presentations of research findings to clients
  • Prepare estimates to support specific research projects
  • Support continued development of new research products and processes
  • Interface with Account, Client and other Stakeholders to request and share information
  • Manage digital performance campaigns including Paid Search including keyword strategy, account set-up and ongoing optimisation
  • Manage of Facebook including audience targeting and ongoing management and optimisation
  • Lead measurement thinking, including return on investment

Experience

  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of planning and executing qualitative marketing research methodologies and facilitation techniques
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience with Omniture, Site Core, Web Trends, Coremetrics or Google Analytics

Digital Coordinator

You are a digital Account Manager or Producer and have at least 12+ months practical experience either agency or client side. You are now looking to establish your career in digital marketing and seeking an exciting challenge as part of a growing digital agency team.

You are adept at managing team & client expectations, reporting progress against agreed milestones and comfortable to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a range of exciting digital marketing activities. You love working within a team and are great with people in general. You understand & enjoy delivering ‘work that matters. You are accountable, responsible, organised and detailed. You are also a strategic and creative thinker, and relish solving clients’ problems. Importantly, you are keen to join a growing team that has high ambitions and a dedicated focus to helping it’s clients improve their business performance through the implementation of smart, digitally led, accountable means.

  • Defining and scoping projects with the client and internal team
  • Suggesting creative solutions to the clients’ problems
  • Supporting content management updates across core web platforms
  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of strategic social performance calendars
  • Delivering, sometimes technically challenging, work through to completion with the support of your colleagues
  • Building day to day relationships with creative, media & other external partners as required
  • Arranging and attending weekly/monthly status meetings with the client and internal team
  • Maintaining the client happiness meter
  • Providing general input and broader value to the wide agency and team

Experience

To be a part of our growing team, your advanced communication and interpersonal skills will be just as important as having the following experience and education:

  • 1+ years experience in relevant client or agency side digital marketing role
  • Passion for digital marketing, data, performance, and conversion-focused marketing
  • Keenness to learn the ways of data-driven marketing & customer experience
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • WordPress CMS experience a plus
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Strong autonomy
  • Excellent documentation skills
