Aware Super was undergoing a platform refresh of its website and a re-launch of its brand – at the same time. They called on Sonar to augment its internal UI capability to hit their timelines. The team was moving fast, so Sonar would need to hit the ground running, understanding what needed to be done, and seamlessly working with the team to get some wins on the board.
Sonar supported by providing a consultant who worked with Aware Super to not only design the UI for the marketing website, but also define the design system to be used across digital touchpoints. Sonar and Aware collaborated to define this system while creating the marketing platform at the same time. The creation of the design system greatly increased the efficiency and effectiveness of digital production and rollout of other platforms – including the member portal. The creation of a design system allowed for the designers and developers to be more productive – increasing productivity by over 50%.
