Sonar Group is looking for a Performance Marketing specialist with experience in social media platforms to join our world-class team. We are looking for the right candidate to help clients integrate our analysis-driven approach with their digital strategy and goals. Our team members work closely with user experience, creative, development and client relationship teams to deliver an exceptional, results-focused actionable analytics and optimization program that drives clear ROI. We’re looking for a passionate and strategic digital manager to join our team as the lead in a growing Performance Marketing practice.
This role will manage the social media landscape (paid and organic) for a portfolio of key clients. This role will work closely with the Search and Analytics team to drive ROI using social channels through the use of strategic initiatives including but not limited to audience and optimisation tactics and ability to drive creative direction for performance. In this role you will be hands-on in the platforms and client-facing. It is a role that will allow you to leverage your experience, to up and cross skill from new performance disciplines, and to develop your career in digital marketing.

Are you a keen digital marketer eager to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Digital Performance Associate to join our Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working in a facet of digital performance - could be SEO, Paid Social, Email Google Ads or Google Analytics. If you are energized by representing a stable and growing company in a fast-moving digital transformation space, and are growth and results oriented, we’d like to meet you!
This is a great role for someone who has some exposure to an aspect of digital performance and looking to learn more across a wider set, ultimately building themselves into a digital performance consultant – able to connect a client’s business objectives through to an appropriate strategy across platforms/digital marketing tools. You will work very closely with the existing Senior Performance Consultants, assisting with a wide variety of digital performance activities. This role is client facing. Our clients will value your opinion and ability to think strategically. From the start you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our clients at a management level, answer their questions and impact the success of their business. Client / Account / Project Management
Having frequent client interaction around project or campaign implementation progress, liaising around upcoming meetings and agendas, and updating shared tools like project plans, client WIPs and media plans.
Strategy
Provide support for the Lead Consultants in terms of translating broad media plans and business objectives into tactical, innovative paid social campaigns.
Campaign Execution/Implementation
Execute campaigns with the oversight of the Lead Consultants.
Reporting / Analytics
Learn how to create strong, clear reports that demonstrate business understanding by setting out actionable recommendations, so you feel comfortable playing a more lead role here in the future..
