Duties

You have some experience in Paid Social, specifically Facebook/Instagram, developing an overall strategy and executing it through various digital platforms. You have some exposure with Organic Social and understand how Paid and Organic work together. You are well versed on Facebook Business Manager.  You know how to set-up campaigns efficiently using lookalikes, and retargeting.  You are comfortable working with clients in terms of day-to-day communication and presentations.

If you are eager to expand your skill set, and build your experience “on the tools” this is the role for you. You will work alongside a diverse set of loyal clients who will value your enthusiasm, problem solving skills, big ideas, and ability to put their business goals first.

Initially, you will work very closely with the existing Senior Performance Consultants, assisting with the campaigns and programs they run for our clients. 

Once you are across our Sonar way of working, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients in terms of strategy and ongoing delivery. On top of that, you will have an opportunity to work across other areas of performance including SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Website Optimization, Programmatic Display, Native, EDM, Analytics, Dashboarding, Website Tracking and any other digital marketing channel you can think of.

Our clients will value your opinion and ability to think strategically. From the start you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our clients at a management level, answer their questions and impact the success of their business.


LOCATION

This role is a full time role to be based at the Sonar HQ in Melbourne, Australia.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Paid Social (Google Ads and SEO would be nice to have)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Client facing skills including willing to share your point of view in meetings, and very personable
  • Expertise with Facebook Business Manager
  • Self-starter: able to take initiative and get things done
  • Good with Google Slides, Sheets & Docs

EXAMPLE ACTIVITIES:

  • Campaign Creation and Optimisation 
    • Create campaigns in Facebook Business Manager
    • Optimise over time including managing creative refreshing 
    • Provide campaign reporting using data to drive insights and recommendations
    • Offer strategic insights & conduct research
  • Client Liaison
    • Become a trusted point of contact
    • Lead client conversations
    • Coordinate WIPs, bulletins and reports 
  • Implementation  
    • Manage and execute media plans including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Twitter
    • Manage account budgeting and pacing
    • Provide competitor, audience, industry and/or landscape research
    • Liaise with media vendors and clients to manage technically accurate creatives ready for media buys
    • Build ads in social platforms and manage client approvals
    • Create social ads

Duties

Initially, you will work very closely with the existing Performance Consultants, assisting with the campaigns and programs they run for our clients. You will coordinate campaigns, liaise with clients and assist with implementation (coordinate creative, manage budgets, help with reporting, implement optimizations, contribute to strategy). 

On top of your existing skill set, you’ll have a great opportunity to learn the language of SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Website Optimization, Programmatic Display, Native, EDM, Analytics, Dashboarding, Website Tracking and any other digital marketing channel you can think of.

Our clients will value your opinion and ability to think strategically. From the start you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our clients at a management level, answer their questions and impact the success of their business. Over time, you will take ownership of your own clients, driving their performance programs with the help of the Sonar team. Some example activities include:

  • Campaign coordination

Experience

Digital Producer

You are experienced digitally-led Project Manager, Producer, or Senior Account Manager, and looking to further your career and help manage multiple, simultaneous client activity for medium-sized client organisations. You are keen to gain more experience on a range of technical and campaign based projects (data and insights programs, websites, social marketing campaigns) and help manage your client’s expectations, and report the project progress against agreed milestones. You are accountable, responsible, organised, detailed and a clear communicator. You are also a strategic and creative thinker, and relish solving clients’ problems. You are comfortable leading and managing a suite of clients accountability, and helping work with the wider Sonar team to execute and implement end solutions.

Duties

THE ROLE

  • Defining and scoping projects with the client and wider Sonar team
  • Suggesting creative solutions to the client’s problems
  • Being a key internal team contact (together with the Client Services Director) and communicating to multiple stakeholders frequently
  • Manage and monitor projects through the studio
  • Scheduling work , managing production schedules, liaising with suppliers, and managing the studio through-put
  • Managing, sometimes technically challenging, work through to completion
  • Build day to day relationships with creative, media & other external partners
  • Preparing quotes and managing commercial documentation
  • Preparing project plans for client and internal team tasks
  • Attending frequent status meetings with the client
  • Getting your hands dirty in all shapes and sizes of digital and data led projects

Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preferably 5+ years of digital platform, analytics, and interaction design experience
