Sonar Academy
The Sonar Academy was born out of the opportunity to help our clients with upskilling, and make it relevant - about their business.
Overview
The Sonar Academy was born out of the opportunity to help our clients with upskilling, and make it relevant - about their business.
A common theme across all Sonar clients is that they:
(a) want to learn, and (b) are often time poor.
The common ways of learning include attending a conference and return to work without translating it back to their role, or learning vanilla training on a product that isn't aligned to the specific implementation at the client.
The Sonar Academy provides tailored learning support around the client organisation and technical implementation to ensure it is as on-point as possible.
Overview
Defining the plan
A workshop with the client to define the learning objective, including client-identified gaps and opportunities. And Sonar assessment of current skill-sets of the client team in key areas. Key output is a shared assessment and path forward.
Shadowing
The initial phase over a set time period where Sonar will show by doing - using access to client platforms, and the client watches and asks questions. In parallel the client marketers typically also do more formal training and can use Sonar consultants as mentors to ask questions.
Reverse-Shadowing & Review
At this point the client takes lead and Sonar takes the back seat. Again, the client can ask questions either in sessions or outside of it.
After the Sonar Academy project, Sonar aligns with the business sponsor to review progress and process.
