Engineers Australia DxP Solution Strategy

We worked with Engineers Australia to shape their core business requirements and recommend a DxP stack capable of elevating member experience and powering their enterprise-wide digital transformation.

The Challenge

Engineers Australia (EA) is undertaking a large-scale Digital Business Transformation to build a modern ecosystem that enables collaboration, capability development, personalisation, and seamless member experiences.

Sonar was engaged to define the business requirements for a new Digital Experience Platform (DxP) capable of supporting these ambitions. The selected DxP will serve as the foundation for redesigning, rebuilding, and migrating EA’s entire network of websites and the customer portal into a single, cohesive platform.

This highly consultative program required Sonar to work across the breadth of the organisation, digesting extensive multi-department documentation and leading more than nine strategic workshops with stakeholders from every corner of the business.

We leveraged LLM-powered Ai to analyse, synthesise, and connect an extensive volume of multi-department documentation, ensuring every insight, requirement, and hypothesis aligned directly to EA’s broader business transformation program.
