Sonar replaced the ageing WordPress stack with a server-rendered Statamic v6 and Laravel 13 platform, supported by structured product data and edge delivery.</p>\r\n<p>The new website gives buyers clearer paths through home designs, house and land packages, display homes and knock down rebuild journeys, while giving the marketing team direct control over content, metadata, redirects and structured data.</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The previous WordPress site had accumulated five years of plugins, custom fields and integrations. That made routine updates harder to manage and placed a ceiling on reliable performance as the content and product catalogue grew. The rebuild also had to represent complex relationships between design families, floorplan sizes, facades, structural options, display homes, estates and regional pricing. At the same time, Montgomery Homes needed to protect established search equity across a migration footprint that included more than 26,000 internal links.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer experience created a second challenge. People arrive with very different levels of knowledge about land, budget, site conditions and the building process. The homepage surfaces the four main pathways, while listing templates use consistent cards and filters to help people compare designs, packages and display homes. </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product pages bring floorplan sizes, site requirements, facade choices, galleries and enquiry actions into a coherent decision flow. The same system works across desktop and mobile, with accessible patterns for navigation, forms, accordions, tabs and interactive controls.</span></p>",{"heading":95,"copy":96},"SEO and AEO Foundations","<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The migration preserved core URLs wherever possible and used managed redirects for the pages that changed. Statamic gives the marketing and SEO teams direct control over titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, social metadata, indexing directives, structured data and XML sitemaps. </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The live site exposes one canonical URL and one primary heading per tested page, and its robots file points crawlers to a live XML sitemap containing 492 URLs at the time of review.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Answer-engine readiness is built into the same structure. The homepage publishes WebPage, HomeAndConstructionBusiness, WebSite and FAQPage schema.
